Received damaged jar with bubble in the decal. Was refused a refund by seller. Seller has horrible customer service, called me a liar. I do not recommend doing business with this seller.

I really would put zero stars for every part of this survey, but I didn’t have the option. I received the jars that I was very excited for, spent a hefty price for them and I opened the first jar and it was a mess. The decal letters were disassembled all over the jar. I knew if the first jar looked like that, the others wouldn’t look great. I immediately asked for a full refund for all the jars that I ordered and the seller attacked me as a liar and wanted pictures of all the jars. At that point, I had no time and told her I will send her later. The second jar the entire decal was crooked. The third jar and 4th jar were bubbled up by the monogram. The seller called me a liar again because I accidentally miscounted the picture numbers and said jar 5. It is horrible to get damaged goods and not get refunded & be called a liar.

Order shipped at the very last minute. Then, to no fault of the shop, was broken en route. Because it had shipped so late, a replacement wasn’t going to make it in time. But in the end, it was perfect and made a great gift.
